Loreto Swimming Gala
Loreto Balbriggan had great success at the Loreto Swimming Gala, which was held at the National Aquatic Centre on Tuesday. Students competed across all age and stroke categories, with many students progressing to the finals. Medalists included: Maria Kozak,2nd place in U16 freestyle, Aoibhinn Hegarty, 3rd place in U19 breaststroke and Keeva Killeen, 3rd place in U19 butterfly. The swimming gala is also a time to remember our dear student Rafaela Costin who we keep in our hearts and our memories. Aoibhinn Hegarty represented Loreto Balbriggan in the Rafaela Costin memorial race.
