The talented duo claimed the prestigious ‘Wearable Art Award’ with their creation, ‘Lir’s Child’. Competing against 60 outstanding designs from contestants across the globe, the Loreto Balbriggan students showcased their creativity, craftsmanship, and artistic vision. Their performance on the international stage was nothing short of breathtaking, delivering a stunning fusion of fashion and sustainability.

Despite being the last act to grace the stage, they certainly left a lasting impression, securing one of the most coveted awards of the night. Their dedication and innovation in repurposing materials into wearable art are a testament to the spirit of Junk Kouture—where imagination meets sustainability.
