Carol Service 2024

Yesterday, our school community came together for a very special event—the annual Carol Service at St. Peter and Paul’s Church in Balbriggan. This cherished occasion marks a time of reflection and celebration as we prepare for the Christmas season. The service centered around the nativity story, reminding us of its timeless relevance and the powerful messages it carries for today’s world. Adding to the festive spirit, we explored how Christmas is celebrated in diverse cultures, hearing inspiring insights about traditions in Nigeria, Poland, and Japan.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all the students who contributed to making this event so meaningful, from our Transition Year students to the 1st Year ‘Angels,’ as well as the Ember Team and the Senior Choir. Their beautiful performances truly brought the spirit of Christmas to life. Earlier in the day, members of the Senior Choir visited the Loreto sisters in the Convent, where they performed for Sr. Rosaleen O’Kane and the community. We deeply appreciate the warm welcome we received and the opportunity to share the joy of music with them.

As we come to the end of a busy and successful term, we want to thank our students, staff, and families for their hard work and support throughout the year.

Wishing you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas. May this season bring joy, love, and hope to everyone in our community.

Merry Christmas! 🎄
