Burren Trip 2024
Our annual school trip to the Burren in County Clare was nothing short of amazing, creating lasting memories for both students and teachers alike. Nestled in the heart of Co Clare, the Burren’s unique limestone landscapes provided an educational and awe-inspiring backdrop for the weekend. The group enjoyed the wonders of the Ailwee Caves, The Cliffs of Moher and enjoyed a Birds of Prey show. In the evenings it was time to relax going bowling and testing their general knowledge with fun quizzes. The students exhibited exemplary behavior and were complimented by many members of the public throughout the trip. The students showed great enthusiasm for learning and appreciation for the natural wonders that surrounded them. Guided by their teachers, they eagerly absorbed the geological wonders of the Burren, from its intricate karst formations to its diverse flora. The trip not only enriched their academic knowledge but also fostered a sense of camaraderie among the students.
