Public Speaking

Surviving the teenage years and hopes & fears for the future were the 2 topics spoken about in Loreto Foxrock on Tuesday for the annual inter-Loreto Public Speaking Competition. Lucia in 3rd Year and Bushra in 6th Year represented Balbriggan incredibly well, writing powerful speeches in only 45 minutes once they received their topic. They showed great poise and creativity, impressing the judging panel with their ideas. Loreto Beaufort gained the trophy in both categories but we look forward to attempting to win it back at the next competition.
