TY Sleepout For Focus Ireland
On Friday night, over 160 Year students, along with a very dedicated team of teachers, gathered in the school gym equipped with sleeping bags and tents for our Sleepout in support of Focus Ireland’s Shine A Light campaign. This amazing group of TYs, with the support of their families, friends, and the wider community, has raised an incredible €12,001 for Focus Ireland. As we returned home on Saturday morning, we were reminded that having a place to return to is something we often take for granted. Homelessness affects countless individuals in our local community and across the country, and we are confident that the funds raised will make a meaningful difference, transforming lives and bringing hope to thousands. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the Sleepout and to all who donated so generously. Despite the lack of sleep, the event was a tremendous success!
