Fifth years’ Documentary screened at the Lighthouse cinema in Smithfield.
Three fifth years attended the final of Trocaire’s Documentary making competition today. Their film Crime Time was shortlisted and was screened in the Lighthouse cinema in Smithfield, Dublin.
It was a very enjoyable and prestigious occasion with real life documentary makers attending, giving advice and feedback . The students’ film was part of a social justice competition to advocate and promote awareness and change locally and globally.
It was a great achievement for the students to see their work shortlisted and on the silver screen. Well done to all involved, including those who attended and participated in making the documentary.
