Market Day 

Our Annual Market Day once again has been a huge success. We would like to congratulate all of those 1st, 2nd and TY students who put so much time and effort into their companies this year. We would also like to commend the students on their work ethic and enthusiasm as they kept selling to the close of business. Their products included jewellery, candles, dog bandanas, sweet treats, makeup accessories, personalised cups, crochet crafts and much much more. This year we opened our market up in the evening to families and friends and it was a wonderful evening helping to increase sales for all of our participants. The gym was buzzing with innovation, teamwork and dedication from all involved.  The students closed up their businesses at the end of a busy two days with all stock sold and pockets full of profit. Earlier in the day our senior students got the opportunity to attend an inspiring presentation from Dawn Finnegan. Dawn is the creator of Golden Angel Tan and is also a professional make-up artist, cosmetics, fashion and beauty blogger based in Drogheda. Dawn also officially opened up our Market and it was wonderful for the students to have a Q&A session and to hear all about the reality of running a business. Well done to all the winning companies who will go forward to represent the school at the Fingal Enterprise Awards and the Foróige  NFTE Awards.
