Ember Training in beautiful Wicklow
Congratulations to Teagan Linehan, Maria Ferguson, Eimear Beggs, Rejoice Agbator, Melissa Abodunrin, Alison Forde, Amy Higgins and Oge Nmoh members of this year’s Ember Team who were commissioned as Ember Faith Leaders by Monsignor Dan O’Connor, in Ovoca Manor on Thursday. The girls spent three days in Wicklow learning the skills of Team Leadership as well as faith development. During their training, the students were asked to pick a Team name that encapsulated what they wanted their Ember journey to be focused on. The girls chose the name “Creideamh” which is the Gaeilge for “Faith/ Belief”. As an Ember Team, the girls want to continue to be the light of faith in our school.
